Rock, a taxi driver, has developed a crippling phobia that leaves him unable to grip the steering wheel. It stems from a traumatic incident in which gangsters threatened him at gunpoint, forcing him to speed recklessly through the night until he crashed into a cliff.
But the gang’s boss returns—and once again forces the trembling Rock to relive that same terrifying, high-speed ordeal.
