As is to be expected from a production created for the Tezuka Osamu Manga Museum, this original animation features photographs and animations from the first half of Tezuka Osamu's life and the Manga works he produced during that time. This Hi-Vision production tells the story behind the film effects that were first introduced in "New Treasure Island" and the hardships endured by Tezuka Osamu before he became a popular Manga artist.
