from "The Three-Eyed One"
He was the Asian-looking villain of unknown identity and unknown nationality who began showing his queer charisma with his sudden appearance in "The Adventures of Rock". Within the chic, Western European world of Tezuka Osamu's early Manga, he left a decidedly suspicious oriental impression. At any rate, he was a sinister character, who specialized in a succession of roles as a slightly underhand but singular villain.
