STORY

A peach tree bore abundant fruit. Every fruit dreamed of having a happy life. One of the fruit decided to become the happiest of all. One day, she was picked by a human, and was eaten by a girl. Then the girl made a necklace with the seed. The peach seed was very happy because she had become a pretty accessory. When she went to the forest hung around the girl's neck, she saw a big peach tree. This tree had grown out from seed of another peach from the same peach tree. "I'm not as pretty as you, but I'm very happy and have lots of children," the tree said. The peach-seed necklace was too embarrassed to say anything.

DESCRIPTIONS

This story looks like a movie story about women's independence. Are women happier if they go out in the world of business well dressed and get promoted, or if they stay at home taking care of their children? The answer should be "Everybody has her own kind of happiness". However, there are people who tend to claim happiness lies in only one situation. This piece covers only two facing pages, but it provokes deep thought.
