PAPABUBBLE X OSAMU TEZUKA special commemorative candy is sold at the exhibition “The Power of Manga: Osamu Tezuka and Shotaro Ishinomori”. The exhibition starts on July 29, 2013 at Museum of Contemporary Art Tokyo.
PAPABUBBLE is a candy store originated in Barcelona, Spain, which is specialized in bar-shaped candy made by craftsmen with special techniques.
The store attracts customers with not only its candy but also the performance by the skilled craftsmen at the store front.
The special commemorative Astro Boy candy is also made by hand by such craftsmen carefully.

Thanks to the PAPABUBBLE’s skilled craftsmen, the face of Astro Boy is expressed in the tiny candy no more than 1 cm across. The craftsmen knead candy dough speedily and shape up the candy as imaged. There are five flavors: apple. mango, raspberry, coke and spearmint.
