Blythe, a doll popular among girls for its unique cuteness, celebrates the 9th anniversary in 2010, and its charity exhibition titled “Manga Girls Inspiration” is held. Various Blythe dolls in costumes inspired from popular manga and animation characters not only in Japan but also overseas are lined up. From Tezuka characters, Black Jack’ image is adopted in the costume. These dolls are to be put up on the Internet auction in the spring of 2011 after the exhibition is held nationwide for a year, and all the bids are donated to certain activities.
