Onishi Kazuo (Subutan's father)

Explanation

  •
  • Notaarin is a rambunctious scientist who lets fly humorous puns on his name (playing on its "pea-brained" nuances in Japanese). He's a doctor of anything and everything: "Manga University", "Manga School of Biology", "Manga School of Astronomy", and has a well-established reputation for giving exceedingly entertaining lectures. Like Atsumi Kiyoshi, for example, who devoted his entire career to the role of Tora-san, Notaarin was dedicated to playing the same character, and is in fact a diligent character who is a "natural whiz" at acting.
